Welcome to Unscripted by Tones, a soulful, handmade skincare store based in Australia. These Terms of Service outline the relationship between you (the customer) and us (Unscripted by Tones) when you visit our website or purchase any of our products.

1. Our Products
All Unscripted by Tones products are blended in small batches, using high-quality, natural ingredients. We aim for accuracy in product descriptions and photos, but due to natural variation and screen differences, products may vary slightly in colour or appearance.
We reserve the right to make changes to our products, pricing, or availability at any time without notice.
2. Orders
When you place an order, you’re offering to buy a product from us. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order. Once payment is processed and we accept your order, we’ll send a confirmation email.
We do not offer cancellations after your order is processed, as each item is made or packed with care shortly after your order is received.
All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in AUD and include GST where applicable. Shipping is calculated at checkout unless stated otherwise. We accept payment through secure third-party processors like Shopify Payments.
You agree to provide current, accurate payment and contact information for your order.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We pack and ship with love. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays. Once your parcel leaves our hands, it’s in the care of the postal service — we’re not responsible for lost or delayed packages but will always do our best to help resolve issues.

Our products are sold for personal use only. They are not intended for resale or commercial distribution.
